At Combi Code, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant service in line with industry standards and manufacturer agreements.
1. Scope of Services
Combi Code provides inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services for commercial catering equipment. All work is carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with relevant safety regulations and best practices.
2. Parts Supply Policy
To ensure reliability, traceability, and compliance with manufacturer requirements, Combi Code operates a strict supply-and-fit policy:
All parts used in repairs or installations must be supplied directly by Combi Code. We do not install or fit parts supplied by customers or third parties under any circumstances. This policy ensures that all components meet required specifications, are genuine where applicable, and are covered under appropriate warranty.
3. Compliance & Agreements
All works are carried out in accordance with our contractual obligations, including (but not limited to) manufacturer service agreements such as the Rational Service Agent Agreement. This ensures that all servicing meets approved standards and protects both the customer and Combi Code.
4. Warranty & Liability
Warranty is only provided on parts and labour where parts have been supplied and installed by Combi Code. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for failures, faults, or damages arising from third-party supplied components.
5. Resource Requirements
Certain works may require more than one engineer due to complexity, safety considerations, or equipment specifications. Combi Code will assess and advise on this requirement in advance to ensure safe and efficient completion of works.
6. Quotations & Approval
All work is subject to quotation and customer approval prior to commencement. Quotes will include parts, labour, and any additional resource requirements.
